We specialize in repairing all makes and models of High-Speeds, Low-Speeds (Slow-speed), Electric Attachments, Lab, Surgical, and Endodontic Handpieces.

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. A late payment fee of 2% of the outstanding balance (or a minimum of $25) will be applied to invoices not paid within 30 days.
We accept credit cards, Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments, and checks. For more details, please contact us.

You can get a quote by filling out the Repair Request Form on our website or contacting our customer service team.

We typically provide quotes to our customers within 24 hours of receiving their shipment. If you haven't received a quote within this timeframe, feel free to contact us at info@handpieceunlimited.com.

Typically, our repair process takes 5-7 business days from receiving your handpiece. Expedited services may be available upon request.

If your item is not repairable, you will not be charged. Instead, we will notify you and provide options for disposal or return.

We offer a free inbound shipping label for you to print and use to send your handpiece to us. Outbound shipping has a flat rate fee of $9, which is not included in the repair costs.

To send in your repairs, please follow these steps:
Use a sturdy shipping box. Make sure the box is well sealed. We are not responsible for shipments with lost or damaged contents due to being improperly secured.
Sterilize the items before shipping and keep them in the sterilization envelope or bag.
Complete the Repair Request Form or print it and include it in the box.
Attach the pre-paid shipping label to the box. (Note: Insure your package at the post office if desired.)
Mail your repair and notify us by phone or email that it is on the way.

Please insure your package at the post office if you want insurance, as Handpiece Unlimited is not liable for lost or damaged inbound shipments under any circumstance.
If your shipment is lost in transit, we will try to track it down or find a comparable replacement. While we strive to ensure safe delivery, we take responsibility for any orders lost from our location to yours.

Yes, we offer a warranty on all repairs, covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty periods for various services are as follows:
• High-Speed Overhaul: 3 months
• High-Speed Turbine Replacement: 6 months
• Low-Speed Overhaul: 3 months
• Electric Overhaul: 3 months
• Electric Cartridge or Drive Shaft Replacement: 6 months

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
Download and fill out the Repair Request Form.
Send an email to info@handpieceunlimited.com with the completed form and a copy of the original invoice.
